Opening Retreat

• Objective: to foster team-building among Leadership Shelby County class participants and to introduce the Leadership program concepts and processes.

Over these two days, the new Leadership Shelby County class builds their initial bonds with one another and start to make plans for the next few months to come. Team-building exercises, keynote speeches from local leaders, and valuable time spent with one another always make the Opening Retreat a special weekend for the class and one of the program highlights.
